Il rapporto tra uomo e natura, tema centrale nella ricerca dell’artista, è indagato attraverso l’approccio spesso ambivalente che la nostra civiltà del consumo intrattiene, in maniera parossistica, con la cultura alimentare e con le correlate tematiche ecologiche e ambientali, improntate ad un “politicamente corretto”, spesso frutto di errori di valutazione e di diffusi fraintendimenti.

[ENG] The relationship between man and nature, a central theme in the artist’s research, is here investigated through the approach, often ambivalent, that our civilization entertains the consumer in a paroxysmal, with food culture and the related ecological and environmental issues, marked by a "politically correct", often the result of errors of judgment and widespread misunderstanding.
